Are you a Recruiter who gets energized by finding, connecting with, and inspiring talent? Someone who effortlessly switches between sourcing, writing job descriptions, scheduling and conducting interviews, and acting as the main point of contact for assessors and colleagues?

About the job

Recruitment & sourcing:

  • You are the driving force behind our recruitment, from first contact to signed contract.

  • Sourcing & searching: you actively find and approach the right candidates through LinkedIn, networks, and creative channels.

  • You ensure that nlmtd is visible to talent, and that candidates feel seen and valued at every step of the process.

Vacancies & Processes:

  • Writing and managing vacancies: you translate intake information into attractive, clear job descriptions that match our tone of voice.

  • Running recruitment processes: you manage Homerun, monitor progress, and schedule interviews with candidates.

  • You ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process, where speed and quality go hand in hand.

Candidate experience

  • Candidate journey, you ensure that every candidate has a positive experience, from the first contact to signing the employment agreement.

  • You continuously look for ways to improve our processes, communication, and overall experience.

Employer branding & events

  • You organize recruitment activities and help promote nlmtd’s story in the market.

  • You actively contribute to strengthening nlmtd’s employer brand, both online and offline.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Together with our People Business Partner (responsible for strategy and intake with hiring managers), you form the core of our operational recruitment team.

  • Alongside other nlmtd colleagues, you help shape the recruitment strategy and approach.

  • You will be part of the Central Team at nlmtd, the beating heart of our organization, an energetic team committed to providing a great experience for both colleagues and candidates.

  • You report to the People & Culture Director and maintain close communication with our Operations & Experience Manager, who is responsible for onboarding.

  • You take ownership of execution and daily coordination, from planning to communication.

    About you

  • 2–4 years of experience as a recruiter (preferably in a dynamic environment).

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of thinking and working.

  • You know how to attract the right people with courage and creativity.

  • You are proactive, organized, and able to maintain an overview, even when things get busy.

  • You write clearly, authentically, and with a strong sense of brand.

  • You have patience and perseverance.

  • You enjoy organizing and facilitating recruiting events.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.

Terms and conditions

  • A competitive salary between €3,400 and €4,200 gross per month (based on full-time employment), depending on experience.

  • A contract for 4–5 days per week (32–40 hours).

  • Hybrid working (Amsterdam + home) and flexible working hours.
