Our entrepreneurial consultancy team works daily on challenging projects to make companies future-proof.

The core pillars of nlmtd are Strategy, Innovation, and Transformation. Our Supply Chain and Procurement projects primarily focus on topics such as operating model design, developing supply chain strategies, building ecosystems for innovation, driving digital transformations, and sustainability.

We are also a partner of DPW (Digital Procurement World) and their LABS program. In addition, we are open to further expanding our scope by leveraging the expertise of our new colleagues!

About you

Our entrepreneurial model gives you the opportunity to further develop your own area of expertise, or to experiment in a different field of expertise, just like a true entrepreneur.

What do you bring?

• You speak fluent English and preferably Dutch

• Proven success at a traditional consultancy within the Strategy, Innovation, or Transformation domains (5–10 years)

• A strong network of clients who are fans of your work and enjoy collaborating with you

• A master’s degree or equivalent proven work experience

• At least 5 years of project management experience

• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement

• An entrepreneurial mindset

• A true team player: you collaborate effectively with others

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Leadership and team-building skills

About the conditions

Working at nlmtd gives you the opportunity to be part of an organization that truly makes a difference. The work atmosphere is informal, offering both individual freedom and shared engagement with the organization. Our office is located in a sustainable building in Amsterdam, and we regularly organize team activities. You’ll work with us as an entrepreneur under the following terms and benefits:

• 80% of the fee is yours; 20% you invest (as an investment in yourself and the growth of nlmtd)

• 12% commission when you bring in projects for colleagues

• Opportunities to work on challenging projects aligned with your personal interests

• Contribute to building nlmtd in a fast-growing environment

• Access to a team of entrepreneurial consultants who can collaborate with you on projects

Through the nlmtd fund, you can use your expertise to support organizations with major social impact that would normally be out of reach due to budget limitations. By voluntarily contributing 1% of your rate, you help make this possible.

About the procedure

You can respond to this vacancy via the Apply now button. We’ve set up a clear process without unnecessary rounds so we can quickly see if there’s a match. We aim to schedule round 1 and round 2 as close together as possible, in good coordination with you. Our approach is as follows:

Round 1: Interview and introduction

Round 2: Two case interviews to get an idea of your innovative skills and experience

If we both see a match and are enthusiastic, we’ll finalize a collaboration agreement and you can get started!
