In nlmtd you’ll work on Sourcing and Procurement topics mainly focused on strategy, innovative procurement, collaborative sourcing, (digital) transformations and sustainability. Our clients come from multiple industries, as for example manufacturing, health tech, food, retail and finance, as well as (semi) government organizations.

About you

As an experienced Supply Chain and/or S&P expert at nlmtd you will grow our team by delivering great results and high client satisfaction on your projects, by growing our client portfolio in a lead or support role, and by developing the team’s knowledge and capabilities. You will develop your own capabilities by collaborating within the broader nlmtd network as well as with our partners.

What are we looking for:

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, and your network is a testimony of that

• You are driven to make an impact

• You have at least 5 years relevant Sourcing and Procurement and/or Supply Chain experience

• You have experience at a consultancy company

• You have a Master’s degree or MBA, or proven work experience on that level

• You are fluent in English. Dutch or Danish is preferred

About the procedure

You can apply to this vacancy via the Apply Now button. We have set up a clear process, under unnecessary rounds so we can quickly see if we are a match. We try to schedule round 1 and round 2 as soon as possible after each other in good consultation with you. Our approach is as follows:

• Step 1: respond to the vacancy, including motivation and a short game via the equalture platform.

• Round 1: interview and introduction

• Round 2: two case interviews to get an idea of your innovative and analytical skills

• If we both see a match and are enthusiastic, we will conclude a cooperation agreement and you will start!
