Our Innovation practice is growing! We are proud of this because it allows us to fulfil our ambition to create impact. We help and advise companies like Schiphol, Dura Vermeer and many others to accelerate and realise their innovation. We do this in collaboration with (tech) ecosystems and our colleagues from TNW programmes, which have been part of nlmtd since early 2025. We very much believe in the power of Open Innovation, and ‘Innovation as a Service’ - helping clients to rapidly develop and test new products and services in the market.
About you
As an Innovation Consultant at nlmtd, you will guide the development and implementation of innovative ideas at our clients. You are able to think out of the box, challenge the status quo and bring others along with you. You are also familiar with innovation models and methodologies and have gained experience in applying these. We also strongly believe in open innovation, which you are familiar with and understand the impact of. You are able to work in projects and actually deliver results. You regularly do this in more corporate environments where you work, often together with a team, on sustainable solutions for our customers.

Experience at a consultancy firm is a plus

About the conditions

80% of the fee is for you, 20% you pay (as an investment in you and the growth of nlmtd)
Commission of 12% when you bring in assignments for colleagues

About the procedure
You can apply to this vacancy via the Apply Now button. We have set up a clear process without unnecessary rounds so we can quickly see if we are a match. We try to schedule round 1 and round 2 as soon as possible after each other in good consultation with you. Our approach is as follows:
Step 1: respond to the vacancy, including motivation and a short game via the equalture platform.
Round 1: interview and getting to know you
Round 2: two case interviews to get an idea of your innovative and analytical skills
If we both see a match and are enthusiastic, we will conclude a cooperation agreement and you will start!
