About us

Our Innovation practice is growing! We are proud of this because it allows us to fulfil our ambition to create impact.We help and advise companies like Schiphol, Dura Vermeer, CBRE and many others to accelerate and realise their innovation. We do this in collaboration with (tech) ecosystems and our colleagues from TNW programmes, which have been part of nlmtd since early 2025. In doing so, we fulfil our mission to make companies future-proof and contribute to societal transitions.

About you

As an Impact Innovation Leader at nlmtd, you are an experienced and entrepreneurial professional who wants to make an impact with our clients using innovative ideas and leadership skills. You will work with a team to develop and implement new products and services, with a focus on rapid development, iteration and result orientation. You play a crucial role in exploring innovation opportunities, with a special focus on themes such as sustainability. You regularly do this in more corporate organisations looking to increase their innovation impact.

What do you bring?

• Experience at a consultancy company with primary focus on and experience in innovation projects

• Broad experience (5-10 years) in launching new products and services

• A strong network with clients who are fans of you and would like to work with you

• WO-educated and with analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with entrepreneurship or intrapreneurship

• Experience with stakeholder management at Senior (C)-level

• Team player: You are able to work well together

• You are fluent in Dutch and English

About the conditions

• 80% of the fee is for you, 20% you pay (as an investment in you and the growth of nlmtd)

• Commission of 12% when you bring in assignments for colleagues

About the procedure

You can apply to this vacancy via the Apply Now button. We have set up a clear process, under unnecessary rounds so we can quickly see if we are a match. We try to schedule round 1 and round 2 as soon as possible after each other in good consultation with you. Our approach is as follows:

• Step 1: respond to the vacancy, including motivation and a short game via the equalture platform.

• Round 1: interview and introduction

• Round 2: two case interviews to get an idea of your innovative and analytical skills

• If we both see a match and are enthusiastic, we will conclude a cooperation agreement and you will start!
