Our practice is growing rapidly within the energy market. We are proud of this growth, as it enables us to fulfill our ambition of making a meaningful impact in this field. We support and advise companies such as Alliander, Enexis, Gasunie, Schiphol, the Port of Rotterdam, and many others in realizing their energy transition goals. We do this by developing strategic plans and ensuring their effective implementation, so that the intended value is actually achieved. In this process, you collaborate closely with the client’s team as well as with nlmtd'ers.
Our consultants work on challenging projects every day to help make companies future-proof. Your knowledge and experience could be a valuable asset, enabling us to work together towards a better world. What do you bring to the table?
Experience at a consultancy firm with a primary focus on and experience in the energy and utility sector (3 to 7 years)
Academic degree (preferably with a STEM background) due to strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment
Team player: you collaborate effectively with others

The working atmosphere is informal, offering both freedom for each individual as well as collective involvement in the organization. We are located in a beautiful office in Amsterdam and organize an annual ski trip and an outdoor weekend. You can choose to work for us as a salaried employee or as an interim contractor. The conditions for freelancers are as follows:
80% of the rate is for you, 20% you pay forward (as an investment in yourself and the growth of nlmtd)
Commission of 12% when you bring in assignments for nlmtd'ers
Working on challenging projects within your personal interests
Monthly training program to develop your consulting skills and other skills
Unlimited fun with your other nlmtd'ers
Contributing to building nlmtd in an internal role
Via the 'Apply Now' button, you can respond to this vacancy. We have set up a streamlined process, without unnecessary rounds and introductions. We try to schedule round 1 and round 2 as much as possible on the same day (preferably Friday, because then many fellow entrepreneurs are present in the office).
